There's no need to enter your email address to log in, just proceed as a guest in to place your order. You'll be prompted to save your info during checkout, but this only creates a login for the online shop to save your shipping address for faster checkout on future orders—but it is in no way access to your subscription history, order status or address changes.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
There are no refunds on subscriptions. We can forward it to an alternate recipient within the same country. For address changes and more subscriber care, please see this page.
Please note that mailing information is finalized the 15th of the month prior to a new issue coming out in January, April, July and October. If you have mail forwarding, make sure you have a service level that will forward magazines as well.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the shipment. Orders are sent to our fulfillment centres in Toronto or Los Angeles. You can also select from various service levels for faster shipping options if desired. You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped from the warehouse. Please note that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Though we try to ship items in Canada to Canadian orders, certain items may ship from the USA. Though we try to ship items to our US customers from the US warehouse, occasionally we have to ship from Canada. Most international orders to the UK, Europe, Australia are shipped from the US warehouse via United States Postal Services. If you want your shipment to be trackable, please select the Fedex or UPS options. When placing your order, please double-check your mailing address. Thank you.
Payments can be made securely via Paypal or credit card. No Paypal account is required to complete the transaction. Though you can view different currencies whilst browsing, all transactions are in Canadian dollars and conversion is handled by your payment method of choice.
Codes must be used at the time of purchase—they cannot be retroactively applied. Discount codes are usually limited-time offers and do expire.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We don't accept returns or refunds unless it is due to a damaged shipment. We will ask that either the item be returned or that you send us a digital photo as documentation. We will then send a replacement item or a refund. Subscriptions will not be refunded, but may be transferred to another recipient within the same mailing country.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF DATES*
Please note that when ordering a gift subscription, the cost of standard delivery by USPS or Canada Post is included. If you are ordering after the cutoff dates below, you will have to select an upgrade in shipping to expedite the delivery.

Sent by media mail/regular mail: order before December 15 .
After December 15 select USPS Express Mail or Canada Post Xpresspost until Dec 18. Orders to Europe and Australia
Sent by USPS mail: order before December 7
After December 7 choose USPS Express Mail International until December 14.
After December 14 select Fedex or UPS World Wide Expedited.
