ABOUT UPPERCASE 

UPPERCASE publishing inc creates a quarterly magazine as well as books for the creative and curious. Visit our blog to find out more about our projects and current issue previews.


SHIPPING 

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the shipment. Orders are sent to our fulfillment centres in Toronto or Los Angeles. You can also select from various service levels for faster shipping options if desired. You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped from the warehouse.

Please note that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Though we try to ship items in Canada to Canadian orders, certain items may ship from the USA. Though we try to ship items to our US customers from the US warehouse, occasionally we have to ship from Canada. Most international orders to the UK, Europe, Australia are shipped from the US warehouse via United States Postal Services.

If you want your shipment to be trackable, please select the Fedex or UPS options.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF DATES*

Please note that when ordering a gift subscription, the cost of standard delivery by USPS or Canada Post is included. If you are ordering after the cutoff dates below, you will have to select an upgrade in shipping to expedite the delivery.

• Orders to Europe and Australia
Sent by USPS mail: order before December 7
After December 7 choose USPS Express Mail International until December 15
After December 15 select Fedex or UPS World Wide Expedited

• Orders to Africa, South America
Sent by USPS mail: order before December 1
After December 1 choose Fedex or UPS World Wide Expedited

• Orders to Asia
Sent by USPS mail: order before December 5
After December 5 choose USPS Express Mail International until December 13
After December 13 choose Fedex or UPS World Wide Expedited

• Within USA or Canada
Sent by mail: order before December 16
After December 16 select USPS Express Mail or Canada Post Xpresspost until Dec 21
After December 21 choose Fedex or UPS overnight if available

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made securely via Paypal or credit card. No Paypal account is required to complete the transaction. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Codes must be used at the time of purchase—they cannot be retroactively applied. Discount codes are usually limited-time offers and do expire.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

We don't accept returns or refunds unless it is due to a damaged shipment. We will ask that either the item be returned or that you send us a digital photo as documentation. We will then send a replacement item or a refund. Subscriptions will not be refunded, but may be transferred to another recipient within the same mailing country.

 
 
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES
 
There are no refunds on subscriptions. We can forward it to an alternate recipient within the same country. Address changes should be sent to shop@uppercasemagazine.com.
